At RedSky Europe, we deliver a wide variety of products to customers worldwide. From ever-changing subscription boxes to crowdfunding fulfilment, we work with e-commerce retailers across a diverse range of product categories.
Typically, our product deliveries take between 2-4 days within Europe, depending on the country in question. Our expert team understands the vital importance of customer satisfaction, and as a result, we strive for all of our orders to have fast and efficient delivery, along with stress-free, easy returns.
From the moment each package leaves the RedSky fulfilment centre, it is fully tracked until it has reached its final destination. To ensure delivery is both quick and reliable, we work with a number of different courier partners.

5-step order delivery process

1. Order
The first step is an order being placed by a customer. The order is placed on your Ecommerce website and is then communicated to our advanced warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory management software (IMS). The order is then processed and packaged for shipment.
2. Courier
The second step in the order delivery process is booking a courier slot. Our teams work with a variety of different courier companies and find the quickest and most cost-effective courier choice for the order.
3. Dispatch
The third step is shipping your customer order. As soon as each customer order has been processed and prepared for delivery, we dispatch it from our distribution centre with one of our chosen six reliable courier partners.
4. Track
The fourth step involves tracking the customer order from the moment it leaves the RedSky distribution centre, to the moment it arrives with the customer. Tracking and delivery details are fed back to the customer throughout the delivery process.
5. Delivery
Finally, the item is delivered on time to a happy and satisfied customer.
