PICK & PACK
RedSky Europe offers a top quality pick and pack service for business to business and online ecommerce customers. Great care is taken to ensure orders are sent to customers in perfect condition. 24/7 CCTV monitoring is set up in the fulfilment centres allowing tracability of orders and to give suppliers peace of mind.
CUSTOMISATION
RedSky Europe offers a laser etching service to allow for customisation of products. Some clients use the laser etching machine for personalising packaging or for customisation of the products themselves.
HIGH VOLUME PROJECTS
RedSky Europe offers a number of fulfilment services involving high volume projects, both one off and recurring. High volume fulfilment projects include rework, labelling, kit assembly and more.
STORAGE
RedSky Europe has a large network of fulfilment centres and offers storage as part of their 3PL services. Clients’ storage options include pallet storage, shelf storage and tote storage. Products can be moved from pallets to shelves for example when stock quantities reduce due to order throughput. A full list of fulfilment storage options and costs is available on request.
DELIVERY
Delivery of orders makes up an integral part of RedSky Europe’s fulfilment services. Pick and pack, packaging, delivery and returns are all included in the price package. Delivery partners are chosen based on quality of service, destinations served and value. Fulfilment costs and delivery partner information is available on request.
CUSTOMER CARE

Each client is allocated a customer account manager who liaises with them regularly on updates, prices, orders and more. The software dashboard allows clients to view orders, deliveries and returns in real time so that clients have full visibility of the fulfilment process.

Returns are an important part of the sales process and has a huge impact on repeat business by the end user.
