DIM = L x W x H/166. DIM weight applies to orders sent out with DHL
Can I put multiple SKUs in one storage location?
No. Each SKU has an individual location to allow for complete accuracy in picking orders.
How do I know how much Inventory on hand?
Our interactive client Dashboard will cater for complete inventory management.
Do you handle returns and what is the charge?
We handle all of your returns. Items are inspected and returned to inventory if in new condition. You will be contacted with all products that are returned if they are not fit to return to inventory. We charge €2.50 processing fee for every return we receive.
What is an oversize product?
Products that are greater than 26LBs in weight and/or greater than 69 x 24 x 24 inches in size are considered oversize. There is a €6 handling fulfillment handling charge on these items.
