Established in 2017, RedSky Europe was founded by Ken Byrne and Karen Ryan.

Ken knows from personal experience, through his various Ecommerce companies, the complexities of establishing and operating an Ecommerce presence in Europe.

The aim was simple; to provide a localized fulfilment centre to store and dispatch inventory from within Europe, resulting in the best possible customer experience for brands. 

To take things to the next level, Ken and his team of corporate experts built an exclusive VAT (tax) platform enabling companies to trade seamlessly while saving valuable time and money within Europe.

In a short number of years, RedSky Europe experienced unprecedented growth by gaining major global brands and some of largest partners in the fulfilment space, worldwide.

August 2018

Founding of ‘RedSky Fulfillment Ltd’ as part of the Enterprise Ireland High Potential Start-up Unit (HPSU).

‘RedSky Fulfillment Ltd’ later changed to ‘RedSky Europe’ with the addition of Managed VAT Services.

First Office based in Kilkenny Innovation Centre.

February 2019

Opened first 10,000sqft. Irish Fulfilment facilities based in Carlow.

Onboarded first European and US clients.

September 2019

Due to growth in business moved to 50,000 sq ft Fulfilment facilities in Kilkenny Industrial Estate.

January 2020

Opened offices in Kilkenny Business Park with Team to develop RedSky Ecommerce Vat services.

April 2020

Launched E-commerce managed Vat services and welcomed a number of new Team members.

August 2021

Moved to newly renovated 6,000 sqft. Head Offices in Kilkenny city centre due to growth in RedSky Team.

Q1 2023

Release of VAT SAAS Platform: Offering online retailers management and compliance on European Ecommerce transactions and payments.
